Fedora 29 dnf update not working

Just upgraded from Fedora28 ro 29 When I tried to do a dnf update I get the followin g error

dnf update -y
Config error: Parsing file "/etc/dnf/dnf.conf" failed: IniParser: Missing '=' at line 4

the dnf.conf reads as

/bin/bash: q: command not found

Any help is gratefully trcieved Thanks i nadvance

Line 4 is corrupt: Missing '=' at line 4

Use nano if you’re not familiar with vim

The content should be something like:


The line '/bin/bash: q: command not found', if really presents, is like you had some trouble using vi.

interesting...all this was written during an upgrade from 28 to 29.. I have only managed to boot it twice and that was after issues...I'll replace mine with what you have suggested and see if that works..Thanks

Sorry if my comment on vi was misleading ! And wowww, I've discovered it too now, thanks to your comment. It's present in /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-cisco-openh264.repo. It has been added by fedora-repos-29-2.noarch : Fedora package repositories ! I will go and have some findings.
