Airplane mode automatically switches on when laptop go to sleep mode and don not switche off

Whenever my laptop go to sleep, the airplane mode switches on and when I try to switch off after loggin in, it doesn't work. It says that hardware switch is on. But in my laptop there is no external hardware switch. My laptop is Hp p204tx.
