I previously posted this to FedoraForum and got no response

After downloading the spin iso for F29 xfce, I was directed to:

to get the SHA256 sum. As you will see, this file has the sums for several spins, but not xfce. Anyone know where to get it?

Thanks, Mike.

Found it here.

Along with all the unofficial (don't know why they are the unofficial) spins' ISOs: Fedora-Astronomy, Fedora-Design_suite, Fedora-LXQt and Fedora-Xfce. And as far as I can tell, these are not betas, they're final.

Basically download link at xfce spin download page points to xfce ISO in this directory, corresponding checksums file is alongside the ISOs.

Thanks to @villykruse to pointing me in the right direction ;-)

Still @Panther is right, it's a bug, it shouldn't be hide and seek for users.

The pointer to the CHECKSUM file is available, but well hidden. See the text

Although this spin failed to compose for the final release, this test compose contains fixes over the final content to allow for a successful compose and should meet most users' needs. You can verify the test compose image with a dedicated CHECKSUM file for 64-bit and 32-bit images.

The text 32-bit and 64-bit are clickable links to the CHECKSUM files.

@villykruse I've looked at the page with javascript disabled and this notice haven't popped up. :-) (The rest of the page is there even without JS).

Well, not the bug then? The checksum links are provided right beside the download link. Still it was hide and seek ;-)

At this time, you will need to file a bug report as the checksum file does not include the xfce spin

I also see that (a) cheksums file doesn't contain lxqt spin as well and (b) both these spins' ISOs aren't available from Fedora mirror I tend to use (but all the ISOs from checksums file are).

For example here

For some reasons the xfce spin did not make it to the official release and only found in the 29_Beta subdirectory. It works nevertheless, and after running dnf update it would make no difference.
