Fedora 29 hangs watching video

With kernel 4.19 Fedora 29 hangs when I watch a video in Chrome. If I go back to 4.18 it works fine. I have a nVidia GTX 1060 with the nouveau driver. How can I fix the problem or troubleshoot what is wrong?

There could be some bug for the combination of nouveau and your video card. File a bug to bugzilla.redhat.com and try to use nvidia proprietary drivers instead. Us rpmfusion for reference and installation.
