I am trying to check-update on my Fedora 29, but i get this msg before !! "Updating Subscription Management repositories. Unable to read consumer identity This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register." i added this Repo "dnf config-manager --add-repo" to install Wine on fedora after that i got some message asking for Yes or No, but i pressed Y without looking on it. hence, i got this message !! should i ignore it ! or what to do ?

Why did you add that repo, when wine is available from the standard Fedora repos?

I didn't look up for it, i opened the wine repo on Github and started following the instructions, so do you know how to solve this message appeared ?

If you want to get rid of those messages, your best bet is to uninstall Wine, then remove that repo. That will get rid of all of the Red Hat Subscription Management stuff. Then, simply install Wine from the standard Fedora repos. HTH, HAND.
