can't adjust screen brightness, xrandr doesn't work too

I can't adjust the brightness of the monitor xrandr shows no error but brightness didn't change too. And of course adjusting from keyboard or gnome panel doesn't work too either. Here is output of journalctl -xehttps://pastebin.com/f1ibDKVM and inxi

ok now it is on the max brightness (but can't change it still), when I log in to text mode as root -> startx -> it works but other thing "poped up" - now clipboard is not working :D neither as root

and I can't login as root in console while being logged in as a user - that's some privilege problem too (with the screen brightness) I've checked (and changed) /sbin/unix_chkpwd etc/group ... properly but still same problem

I updated the question to make inxi output more readable.

Firstly, update your BIOS. If problem persists, read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/... there's a ton of clues.
