Then I tried install LibreOffice with command dnf install libreoffice but shows dependencies between them openjdk should be install, how to install LibreOffice using Oracle JDK already installed?

The Fedora libreoffice packages require OpenJDK, since OpenJDK is the FOSS implementation that Fedora ships. So, you cannot install Libreoffice from Fedora without it pulling in OpenJDK. However, this does not mean that it will use OpenJDK. If you've installed Oracle Java and set it up correctly, Libreoffice will use that instead. Just run the dnf command, let it complete, check that you have Oracle Java correctly installed, and that should be enough.
