For me it is a fully fledged scandal that FranciscoD_ has closed the question ( about the future of Fedora concerning the acquisition of RedHat through IBM. Where is here the free speech in the sense of Berkley's John Searle? The community has the right to discuss open and free the future of Fedora, because it's an important individual system decision to use Fedora in the future or not and the community is also a solid part of Fedora. This forum should be also a place to exchange ideas between individuals to get better technical solutions. Speculations are often the base for a better technological future and that is the reason why I attack this "muzzle".

I agree with closure it is pure conjecture at this point and this is not a discussion site

Ask Fedora is not a discussion forum. It is a question and answer application. The discussion is already occuring on the various mailing lists, so you should join in there if you'd like to participate in the discussion.

Strictly speaking, of course, this "question" should be closed either because it's too subjective and argumentative (the reason the other question was closed) or because it's not a question. However, I can easily foresee the consequences of doing that and they're not pretty. Therefore, I'm going to leave it open for the time being and see what happens.
