How do I install Fedora 27 Server?

So every time I try to install Fedora 27 Server something hangs, and then restarts my computer, thus booting back into my existing OS (Windows XP). I've tried going to "Test this media & Install Fedora 27." Tried installing it directly. Still didn't work. Tried using it using basic graphics. Yet again did not work.

My system meets the minimum requirements for Fedora 27 so I have no idea what the problem is. Someone please explain this.

Hi. Did you verify the iso files? And did you use the Fedora Media Writer?

Otherwise, I would try the netinstall image, it's a tiny 500+MiB, just takes a bit longer to install based on downloading your requested package (of which there is a Server version in the setup).

oh yea, have you ever booted into some Fedora live media before installing?

I have tried to boot into any live media, but I can't boot into any live media because when i try to test the media out before installing, it just hangs and then restarts my computer

I would do the following, just to test it out: download and properly verify the workstation live dvd iso, "dd" it to a usb key, boot to it choosing test media & start (sorry I do not remember the exact language used here) - and if it again hangs at testing the media, I'd restart again and choose the first option in the menu, which should just start it up without testing the media - perhaps if it hangs again you may be able to catch at which point since the first part of the boot will be verbose.
