Where can I get the new F29 wallpaper in a high resolution (without Logo)?

You can also download the file without installing it using dnf download f29-backgrounds-base.

Below is the current download link, it is valid until the official F29 release.
The .rpm file contains the wallpaper, extract the file or install it via dnf.
The logo isn't part of the wallpaper, you can disable it in GNOME Tweaks.
To install this tweak tool - execute sudo dnf install gnome-tweak-tool.
Current download link : f29-backgrounds-base-29.1.2-1.fc29.noarch.rpm
Note : If the package gets updated in the meantime ... the link of course won't work any longer.
In that case check for the new package version in this directory on the fedora download server.
