Hi, I use Fedora about 2 years and my wifi-hotspot was working fine. However, last few months I am not able to start it. When i hit the Turn on wifi hotsopt button, everything seem to work well, but after few seconds I get a message Activation of network connection failed.

After the F29 update, the problem continues. I've tried every solution that I found on the web, like installing dnsmasq or creating a new connection via nm-connection-editor and none of it worked. Btw. I'm using Lenovo ThinkPad T530.

A miracle happened. It is working now. However, I am not sure how that happened and if I affected it somehow. The only thing I remember I did was that I deleted some networks, that looked like they had something to do with the hotspot, via nm-config-editor. If you got the same trouble as I had, don't lose your hope.
