I tried installing fedora 28, I am stuck at the grub. The keyboard is unresponsive. Before the grub it says

TPM error 2: Disabling TPM

And then it freezes on the page where I can choose the OS that I want to boot in. Even the countdown does not go off.

I did a sudo fdisk -l using a live USB, it gave me they results...

I don't think the TPM error is related to that crash. But to be sure, you can disable it in your BIOS.

What's your video hardware? Are you sure the install media is OK? (Just re-write image to USB and retry)

Is that after you installed Fedora or is it at the start of the Live media?
