Hi! Will Fedora 29 have a beautiful grub boot menu? Like openSUSE or Manjaro. I know it is nota must have feature but making it pleasant to the eyes is better to install for average users.

define "pleasant". Pleasant can also be not to see the grub boot menu at all. How about that?

btw, you get to see grub boot menu only after install.

Short answer: no.

Long answer:

Fedora 29 will not show the grub menu any more¹, see this change proposal. Anyway, you can install a theme yourself, e.g. the grub2-breeze-theme from dnf install grub2-breeze-theme.

¹: This does not apply to multi-boot systems, systems with recently failed builds or maybe also some other conditions.
