Why do I have some strange output (lines on the screen) on boot? Here is the image.

I am using Fedora 28.
My notebook is Acer Aspire V15 Nitro.
Also, I am using Bumblebee.
The output of lspci | grep VGA:

that's a notebook? what's the graphics adapter? does it also happen when you boot a live cd?

This looks like a bug in some part of the graphics stack, e.g. your GPU driver or monitor firmware.
