TSC DEADLINE disabled due to ERRATA

I was using Ubuntu and Windows 8.1 in dual boot, and yesterday I formatted my whole computer and install fedora 28 workstation from LIve USB after installing fedora into my hardisk when i restarted my PC it shows many errors and it does not restarted for a long time. So, I being impatient, I forcefully shutdown it through power button and after that the PC turned on and it shows a message no bootable device found. So, I tried with Live USB again now this time it shows a message "TSC DEADLINE disabled due to ERRATA, please update microcode to version: 0x" (or later). Please help.

@ there is a open ticket 1501362 in bugzilla about this , you can test this -> sudo dnf update --enablerepo=updates-testing microcode_ctl
