Fedora 27 not booting after loss of power while updating software
The terminal was in the process of running the dnf upgrade command when the computer ran out of battery (I thought it was charging but the switch in the socket was not on). Now when Fedora boots it stops and the last message shown is something to do with GNOME display or something like that.
I've tried to boot from previous kernel versions and the recover partition, but all of them stop in the same message.
What steps can I take to come back to Fedora?
Thank you all for your contributions
Edit:
The message where it stops says "Started GNOME Display Manager. Dispatcher service..."
When I try to boot with the recovery kernel the last message is different: "Started Network Manager Script Dispatcher Service...ges"
Try to boot with older kernel from the list
Edited to add the last message!
OK, seem to me that you have issue with the video card module, do you have an nvidia card? if so how did you install it? You could try dong ctrl+alt+f3 to see if you can enter in terminal mode and fix your system
