Recently, when I run the 'top' command , all the fields in the header (memory info, tasks) are showing blank. But processes and the related info is Ok. This issue was not present earlier, but appeared only a few days ago. Any idea why is it so? Appreciate your help. Thank you.

The issue turned out to be a rather silly one. I chose black text on white background for the terminal. All the memory info of top command is in bright white text, that is not visible when the terminal window has a white background. So, I would call this a bug that needs a fix.
