Today I tried to install a Atomic kubernetes cluster using the following tutorial:

Project Atomic Getting Started Guide

After installing, configuring and rebooting the master and the 4 nodes, ssh is not working properly anymore:

ssh root@atom-node4
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0

I found out that /dev/ptmx is symlinked to pts/ptmx

rm /dev/ptmx
mknod -m 666 /dev/ptmx c 5 2

when I remove /dev/ptmx and create it again I can login using SSH, but after a reboot the symlink is back.

How can I prevent the symlink from coming back, or configure it properly so I can login reliably over ssh?
