BitLocker is some Microsoft proprietary, TrueCrypt-based solution. So, generally speaking, only MS can provide the tool to unlock the disk.
But apparently you can use Dislocker, it's in Fedora's official package repositories.

I’d be very careful doing that kind of stuff, and make sure you have a backup of your data. Btw, also update your Fedora. F22 is not supported anymore and thus lacks security.
