How do you know the other keys are not working? Remember, you don't see anything on the terminal when entering your password.

And remember, sudo is asking for your regular user password, not root password.

The prompt tells you whose password it wants. Just in case you don't remember.

The keys are working fine. For security reasons, you won't see what you type, but the sudo program will still receive what you type and check whether it is the correct password.
