System Settings is missing the Mouse dialog

I am using Fedora 27 Workstation KDE. I did a 'dnf upgrade' and rebooted. The mouse lost its button mapping settings, but is otherwise fully functional.

I went into System Settings -> Hardware -> Input Devices, and the dialog for Mouse is missing.

The config file ~/.config/kcminputrc is present and contains the mouse settings from when I last used System Settings. I ran 'kcminit mouse' and got the message: "Module mouse.desktop not found"

I am wondering if I have a disk problem and that one of the packages did not install correctly when I did the upgrade.

Which package should I try to remove and reinstall? Or, is there another way to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks.

Was suffering from this issue after a clean reinstall and update.

This seems to be bug:

It is currently fixed in the "testing" repository. Should be out soon-ish.
