How to change avatar in badges app ?
When i clicked on change avatar on my profile, it gave me a 403 response. Do i need some approval to change my avatar?

Yes, that happened to me too, the problem is that fedora doesn't host the avatar, the avatar is hosted in https://www.libravatar.org/ , you can open a ticket in Bugzilla against the fedora badges structure and provide all the information needed...
