How to install libbluetooth-dev

I am trying to new Version of Qt-5.10.1 in my Fedora 22 32-bit machine. It was unable to find Bluetooth headers how can i install libbluetooth-dev in order make my configuring success.

While configuring it is throwing error unable to find Bluez

@Rohith that is the Debian name and derivates, the name of that packages In FEDORA is bluez-libs-devel : Development libraries for Bluetooth applications and you can install via dnf...
