I am trying to restore Windows. I could get another USB, but it would save me some money if I could clear my live USB and use it to restore Windows. Is it possible to clear my live USB on Fedora?

You can use any linux partitioning tool (e.g. Gnome Disks, GParted, KDE Partition Manager) to format entire USB stick (write to it new partition table), create a partition and format it with desired file system.

If you have Fedora Media Writer, apart from creating Live USB, it can also restore it (format and create empty partition).

You can also search Ask Fedora for instruction on how to write Windows image to USB drive, it always starts with formatting the drive anyway. Actual steps may wary depending on your Windows version and whether you're using BIOS or UEFI.
