Installing DEB in Fedora

I seen a articles online how to install DEB to Convert it to a RPM Package file... I am having a little problem and don't want to miss up my Linux box I was wondering how to install a DEB File in Fedora if it is not possible please let me know... I would love to install 4k video down-loader to download videos...

Thanks or if there any possible way to show me throw pictures or command line please...

Don't use alien to convert deb to rpm packages.

Use youtube-dl (sudo dnf install -y youtube-dl) to download videos from all sorts of streaming sites! (see links below)

Or maybe you can find the sources of 4k video down-loader and build it on your system - I don't know the product so no idea. Generally, if you don't find the sources, it means it's not open-source, and if there are good open-source alternatives, I would always install those on a Linux system than an unknown binary.
