Hi,

I cant´t keep my connection for more than 1 minute. Connection breaks up and freezes. Only solution right now is to use cable connection. Any ideas? What kind of info must I provide?

Thanks,

Pedro

P.S.: Running Fedora 27

Try again connect your wifi on your asus laptop and also check router wifi connection. If any case you want to help, Connect with Router Support.

Simply go into your manage wi-fi settings and check over your wi-fi connections. You can also try by contacting router support number or by disconnecting the wi-fi and again connect to your wi-fi. That might help you. There is also the option of advanced settings.

Make sure your laptop is not connected to the modem/router via an Ethernet cable.

  1. Go to Control Panel.

  2. Go to 'Network and Internet' and 'Network and Sharing'/

  3. Click on 'Manage Wireless Networks'.
  4. Remove all wireless connections by right clicking on it and select 'Remove network' from the drop down menu.
  5. Close the windows and scan for the 'Wi-Fi networks'.
  6. Click on the available network that you want to access and select 'connect'.
  7. Type in the password and click the 'connect' button.

Check this for any router issue: 192.168.0.1

first, select the network through which you want to connect it, after that type the security key and configure your router with the laptop under DHCP server. Must consider it must happen within the same network ricoh customer support
