Binaries from torproject directly:

rm tor-browser-linux64-7.5_en-US.tar.xz

Start TorBrowser : ~/tor-browser_en-US/Browser/start-tor-browser

@centinel20's comment is the correct answer:

$ sudo dnf install torbrowser-launcher

Launching torbrowser-launcher will install the latest and greatest version (currently Tor Browser 7.5).

Alternatively, follow these instructions:

what I do is intall the torbrowserlouncher and then install tor from there. For some reason it stopped working on my system since the last upgrade but it worked perfectly for a long time.

$ sudo dnf install torbrowser-launcher

That way im always with the latest version and im not scared I scewed up the installation. The tor page recommends installing it this way.

I believe the right way is already answered in the comments:

$ sudo dnf install torbrowser-launcher

In case you would like to ditch previous installation and start over it lives in /home/user/.local/share/torbrowser so you can remove that directory if you want. Then it will downlad the latest version of the torbrowser:

rm -rf ~/.local/share/torbrowser
