Fedora logs out

Every time I insert a removable drive. All application closes also Fedora logs out. Fedora 27 Gnome desktop.

I expect that you are using the Places menu extension. There is a known bug about this. You can either disable the extension or replace the .js file as described in that bug report. Make sure you reload gnome-shell after replacing the file. ALT-F2, then enter "r" which might not work on Wayland. If not, then logout and log back in.
