The issues I want to fix are: can't boot Windows and (gnome-init issues and user login looping [with gnome-inital-setup])

I have a laptop which came with Windows 10 64 bit UEFI and installed Debian 8 (dual boot). I then installed Fedora and chose the Debian partition for Fedora (overwite) reusing Debian's /, /home, /boot/efi, swap. After the installation I got "no bootable device" so I went into F2 and whitelisted Fedora efi. Then I could boot into only Fedora (only options on boot).

I talked in webchat.freenode.net in ##linux with TJ- ( https://launchpad.net/~tj ) who helped me and then I went to #fedora but no one was willing to help. TJ- has determined these: SMART health of sda is good, booting even to emergency.target is taking 10+ minutes, firmware boot menu had lost the Windows OS entry (probably easily fixable from Linux using efibootmgr), and I am having gnome-init issues and user login looping.

Do you still have files into /boot/efi/EFI/Microsoft/Boot ?

What is the result of sudo os-prober, here is my output (2 instances of Windows) :

/dev/sda1@/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi:Windows Boot Manager:Windows:efi
/dev/sdb2@/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi:Windows Boot Manager:Windows1:efi
