I think i should configure my /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-Hotspot file but what are the parameters for 802.11n and Wifi channel number?

Allready tried /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf but that didn't change anything or I did not understand what I was doing.

My USB-dongle supports 802.11n 40Mhz.

From here you can find info for the channel and mode parameters (eg. channel 6, mode bg) https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Networ...

Basically you start nmcli prompt and follow instructions.
