Welcome to ask.fedora. My suggestion would be to search Amazon, Barns&Noble and other on-line bookstores, but be warned: since Fedora is rapidly evolving, any book you find will probably be obsolete before it's even published. Better, would be to ask questions here, at the official Fedora Help Forum, or at the unofficial Fedora Forum. Please feel free to ask any Fedora related questions at either site, even if they're beginner questions, because we all have to start someplace.

Fedora Documentation with its all new look may cover some of your questions. Take a look at the Installation Guide and the System Administrator’s Guide.

In addition, many software packages are described in Fedora Wiki, (example).
