I already wrote the workstation image ISO into my USB. When I power on the laptop again and insert the usb, it still appears the normal screen and has Anaconda installer on the screen. As I know, it's supposed to appear a boot menu right after I restart. Please help me. Thanks.

Please clarify your question a bit. You don't want to install fedora but test it on live system, however your computer boots straight to installer?

You would insert the usb first, then reboot, and while rebooting somehow select the usb as boot device. To select the boot device is different from computer to computer, so I can't tell how.
