my swap partition has been encrypted, if I resize it into smaller volume, and reformat it into swap, will it be the encrypted swap? If not, what should I setup?

If you configured your swap properly (Anaconda would have done it properly for you), it should be encrypted via LUKS, which is a device-mapper pass-through. Basically, what that means is, the swap device sits under the encryption layer. You can check it this way:

 > grep swap /etc/fstab
/dev/mapper/luks-eae2fcf8-23e3-4a62-bdec-0ed86c6c8ee6 swap swap defaults,x-systemd.device-timeout=0 0 0

If your swap device is a LUKS device as listed above, then you can go resize it all you want, and it will still be encrypted through LUKS.
