i'm new in fedora ...and today i just update my laptop from f25 to f26 ...my tablet with win10 has broken and i was forced to install vlc on my laptop, but after that i can't see video just hear audio .... i attached a printscreen with error
sudo dnf install smplayer
you need to enable rpmfusion:

Can you share the origin of your vlc? rpmfusion or unitedrpms...
