what is the way to install fedy on fedora 26 ?
fedy not installed on fedora 26 vice versa fedora 25 is installed easily

As @ozeszty pointed out above, Fedy isn't yet supported on Fedora 26. The Fedy team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

[Edit] A release that supports Fedora 26 is now available. Installing Fedy normally should work now.
To install Fedy in Fedora, open a Terminal and run the following command:
sudo sh -c 'curl https://www.folkswithhats.org/installer | bash'
