As #AskFedora recently there are pouring in new questions regarding Enhancement, Feedback on present website. This is resulting to questions getting heaped up in #AskFedora which are not related to Fedora or any specific problems, but are feature requests or enhancement requests and in few cases feedbacks for this website.

Can we like Askubuntu, totally shift our meta related questions on a separate subdomain of #Askfedora rather than keeping it in this website with other issues or problems of Fedora users ?

Like in AskUbuntu normal questions are asked here at and meta or website related discussions are done here at

In fact there should be no RFE/meta question, we should use the feedback form. But yes, appears better to me like that, everyone could comment and start fixing (why not).

Feedback forms are for private feedback. Meta is for public discussions.

Askbot doesn't support sub forums and I dont find it appealing to run a entirely separate instance for this purpose. This is the reason we haven't done this.

but @mether can we think of some way which will lead this meta discussions getting under a separate tab called meta may be on the top (on the same line as Questions, tags, people, badges) and may be the meta discussions be only showed under that tab.

This has to be implemented in Askbot.
