Hello there,

I am trying to establish a openvpn connection (imported from file in network manager) on Fedora 25, but it fails. Network Manager log says:

OpenSSL: error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3getservercertificate:certificate verify failed TLSERROR: BIO read tlsreadplaintext error TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error TLS Error: TLS handshake failed Fatal TLS error (checktlserrors_co), restarting

I searched around already a bit, but none of the solutions I found so far could solve the problem.

Can somebody please help me to fix this?

I did find the following:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug....

But even if I add the line Environment="OPENSSLENABLEMD5_VERIFY=1" to /usr/lib/systemd/system/NetworkManager.service and did systemctl daemon-reload systemctl restart NetworkManager.service it won´t work.

What can I do?
