How exactly to boot f16 into KDE, and not into G3.2?

Run the following command in the terminal:

su -c 'yum install @kde-desktop'

The KDE desktop will be downloaded and installed. Then logout and at the login screen there will be a new little section I think called "Session." Click that and choose "KDE Plasma Deskotp" and hit Enter. You should then be logged into KDE instead of Gnome. I hope this helps.

You can just select the answer as the right one instead of posting this. It reduces noise and makes it obvious which answer is correct and increases the karma points for the user posting the right answer
