Opening a CopySafe encrypted PDF in Fedora

asked 2017-05-12 04:39:53 -0500

I have an PDF file that has been encrypted with CopySafe (the file's extension is enc). Is there any Linux software that I can use to open or decrypt it? I'm not asking how to crack open the file. I have the password. I just don't have access to a Windows system.
