hi, try to make a dual boot with windows 10. when it started up before I click install, the screen flip upside down. figure it was nothing so I installed it. it's still upside down. I tried x-randr -o normal , try updating. I uninstall it till someone can help me with this please. Thank you!
Your laptop likely has an accelerometer inside. Gnome automatically detects that now and will rotate the screen accordingly. There should be a little icon at the bottom of the top-right corner menu that looks like a rotated rectangle. Rotate your laptop around until the screen is the right way up. Then click that icon so that it has a little lock on it. If it's the login screen that's rotated, you might have to do the same procedure again once you get logged in as a user.
Try this:
xrandr --output VGA-0 --rotate normal
VGA-0 is your output/screen (whatever, I'm not familiar with the terminology). You can find it by running xrandr. That's mine:
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1024 x 768, maximum 4096 x 4096
VGA-0 connected primary ...
EDIT: Try inverted in place of normal if it the things stay the same.

Is your device a modern mobile computer or tablet? In this case it might have orientation sensors. Maybe you can find something on the internet about orientation locking.
