system-settings does not start: error: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault

I updated to kernel 3.4.9 day before yesterday, and had the "Oh no! something went wrong problem" that was solved by enabling selinux and reboot, after which I again disabled it and there was no problems in loading desktop. however I still have issues running the system-settings, here's all the trace and logs
