At Epson's driver and software website at you can search for "sx 425" and there will be a RPM package download which contains a "driver" for a printer that is (from my point of view) very similar and thus should work. However that is no guarantee and I do not know what the RPM package exactly does nor if it really works. Personally, I also would not recommend using a potentially proprietary software.

In general it would be helpful if you could let us know which steps you have performed so far and what happend and what didn't work exactly or if you have any error messages (e.g. in logs) that you could share with us.

According to my general understanding of how printers are supported, you likely need to install the "epson-inkjet-printer-escpr" RPM package which can be done for Fedora 14 (and later) e.g. by "su -c 'yum install epson-inkjet-printer-escpr'" (without the ""). Restart the CUPS service afterwards and try to re-configure it. There usually should be a "driver" (mostly its called driver when technically a *.ppd is meant) available for your printer, it should be called "Epson-Stylus SX420W" (because the PPD should be /usr/share/ppd/Epson/epson-inkjet-printer-escpr/Epson-Stylus_SX420W-epson-escpr-en.ppd.gz from what I can tell).

In case of questions or further issues please provide more details, such as the version of Fedora that you are using and ideally some error message or details from the CUPS log files. By your unprecise product name, I guessed "Epson Stylus SX 425W" by the way, you maybe want to clarify that. Even the printer supports wireless connections you should start with a cable to be able to exclude any wireless issues at first.
