I have tried installing wine many ways, PlayOnLinux, the Terminal, or from online, but each time I get a simmilar message to "all mirrors are tied". I understand what this means, however it has been like this for a few days now. What can I do to get it? here is what I posted on the Wine Forums and the error from PlayOnLinux:

"I am running Fedora (the latest I believe), and I m trying to install wine. First I tried to install from terminal, and that did not work, it said "All mirrors are tied" whatever that means... (A google search came up with nothing). Then I tried getting PlayOnLinux (same thing but with GUI) it said "install failed" and gave me this message:

Detailed errors from the package manager follow:

Cannot download l/llvm-libs-3.8.1-2.fc25.i686.rpm: All mirrors were tried; Last error: Curl error (37): Couldn't read a file:// file for file:///var/cache/PackageKit/25/metadata/updates/l/llvm-libs-3.8.1-2.fc25.i686.rpm [Couldn't open file /var/cache/PackageKit/25/metadata/updates/l/llvm-libs-3.8.1-2.fc25.i686.rpm]

EDIT: When trying to install PlayOnLinux from terminal here is what I get:

Stop!!!! Why you want install Wine? It install dependency of 32bits already installed in 64bits... if you brake pulseaudio, you will have problems with the sound...

@davidva, I have wine, 32 and 64 bit, no pulseaudio issues at all. is there something with your system that is messed up, if wine broke your pulseaudio?

There might be issues with your package cache being messed up. Have you tried dnf clean subcommands, e.g. dnf clean all? See man dnf for details.
