I am new to fedora and i am a student. I want to install and run SQL and PLSQL but don't want to use the Oracle 11g. What should i do? Is there any alternative to Oracle 11g for fedora that supports both SQL and PLSQL?

Help me please...!!!

Since I don't know what you've tried, I dont really know what to recommend. My first recommendation would be Oracle SQL Developer:

I haven't really done anything yet. I just want to start these database services on my system.

Well, SQL Developer is just what you asked for, something to run SQL and PL/SQL. But what you're saying now is that you need a database server. That's an entirely different question. Do you want some older release of Oracle, or are you looking for an open source RDBMS?
