I just installed Fedora on my new PC yesterday, and I like it. A problem i'm having is installing programs. Everyone tells me to go to Add/Remove Programs, but it's not listed in my applications. Any ideas?

I am using the newest version.

A great alternative to the GUI software manger is opening your gnome-terminal and using YUM.

yum search partial-package-name

or

yum install package-name

There are a ton of options. I personally find managing my software via the terminal very rewarding. To each their own. For more information:

man yum
