I did a clean install of Fedora 25 on a new machine. Installation works fine and the system boots, but as soon as I install updates, the system no longer boots. Instead, I am thrown into a "Shim UEFI key management tool" without any hint as to what to do there. No matter what I try to do in that tool (or bypass it), the system no longer boots.

I am running on a MSI B250M motherboard. Secure boot is off (by default).
