how i install fedora without a flash drive or DVD media

I cant install cuz I don't have any type of media now, and I really need fedora in this moment. my notebook have a 200gb free in another distribution.

Can someone help me

Have you considered running it in a virtual machine? Usually when installing an OS that way, you just point to an iso file on your hard drive. There are plenty of tutorials out there for installing older versions of Fedora on virtual machines, but the general procedure shouldn't really change for the newer versions.

You can use DriveDroid and boot fedora from your smartphone

No DVD, no USB, not many options left. One would be to setup a PXE network boot server but that takes a bit of time and configuration.

If you have a floppy or tiny old USB thumb drive, you could try BFO, which is some sort network boot without the need to setup a server. (FAQs)
