Python 2 missing from fresh install of Fedora 25

Python 2.7 should be installed by defailt on Fedora 25 workstation, but neither python, python2, or python27 can be found in /urs/bin. Python 3 is available. Is this right?

type in python in terminal, it will bring up [robert@dragonrider ~]$ python Python 2.7.13 (default, Jan 12 2017, 17:59:37) [GCC 6.3.1 20161221 (Red Hat 6.3.1-1)] on linux2 Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
