When I lock Gnome-Shell on Fedora 18, everything goes fine, until I have to unlock it

I give the password, and then the 'User - password' box disappear, but it never shows me the desktop screen, it only keep showing that 'dusty gray background'. The only way I can get it to work is rebooting by pressing 'ctrl+alt+f2' and pressing the shutdown button

Ohh, and I have to press the shut down button because when I try to log in into 'text mode', Fedora just freeze

¿Any way to solve this two problems?

I have got into the same problem on my Mac book pro! Sometimes unlocking works, sometimes it doesn't!

As a first step have you made sure that the latest packages from the repositories are used?
