Whatever you read is wrong, rpmfusion always supported F25 release from day one with 375.20! I wouldn't bother with the crappy guide from if-not-true-then-false.com, to be honest it's complete shit. The rpmfusion guide isn't a lot better either.

reboot to new kernel, then run
sudo dnf install kernel-devel sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia
If you require 32bit libs, run
sudo dnf install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-.i686
